People Growth Manager

Logika 4PL is a Greek freight-forwarding and logistics provider delivering transport, warehousing, customs, and broader supply-chain services. As HR Executive, you will support talent acquisition efforts and help shape an efficient, well-organized recruitment process that connects the business with the right people.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates across open roles.
• Handle the interview process from coordination through evaluation stages.
• Use Workable to manage recruitment activity.
• Fill positions in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience handling the interview process, including competency-based interviewing.
• Track record of filling positions in a high-growth or dynamic tech environment.
• Hands-on experience using Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Prior recruiting experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience working with department heads throughout hiring processes.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
• A degree in Psychology is a plus.
