Join Ballys Intralot as a Supply Chain Specialist!

About the Role: As a Supply Chain Specialist at Ballys Intralot youll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. Youll be responsible for:

• Support the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing supplier communication and contract administration.

• Participate in vendor negotiations assist in securing competitive pricing and terms and identify new suppliers.

• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.

• Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders across departments.

• Monitor purchase orders invoices and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.

• Track procurement KPIs (cost savings supplier performance lead times).

• Contribute to the development and execution of procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings within assigned spend categories.

• Prepare and deliver management reports for assigned spend categories including spend analysis cost-saving initiatives supplier performance and budgeting insights.

• Support the procurement and management of additional indirect services and spend areas (i.e. Outsourced Services Logistics Fleet & Asset Management Telecom Facilities) based on evolving business requirements.

Job requirements

What Will You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.

• 25 years of experience in procurement supply chain logistics or vendor management.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.

• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is considered a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Very good command of English both written and spoken.

• Proven hands-on experience in managing international shipments and cross-border transportation including customs clearance procedures for imports and exports across multiple countries and transportation modes (road air and sea) while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

The final offer shall be determined following a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates experience qualifications skills and overall contribution to the role and may where appropriately justified be positioned outside the stated range in alignment with internal pay equity market conditions according to the Companys payroll procedures and applicable legal requirements.
