Field Sales Engineer, Greece

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Promote and sell Emerson Pressure Management products, solutions, and services, including pressure relief valves and regulator technologies, within the assigned region
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through consultative selling, regular engagement, and on-site visits
• Identify market needs and translate them into actionable strategies that drive order growth and profitability
• Develop new business opportunities across industries while expanding relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and maximize customer value
• Lead sales and proposal strategies in coordination with the sales support organization
• Manage negotiations with customers in line with company guidelines and governance standards
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and CRM updates
• Support the successful execution of contractual commitments and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Emerson's offerings
• Continuously build knowledge of products, technologies, and market dynamics
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business strategy
• Uphold Emerson's compliance, ethics, quality, and HSEQ standards in all activities

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management in a technical or industrial environment
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while staying aligned with team goals
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Background in engineering, technical, or related disciplines
• Experience working with pressure management, valves, or industrial flow technologies
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
• Experience selling into industries such as oil and gas, refining, chemical and petrochemical, energy, utilities, or industrial manufacturing
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
