• Financial & Policy Assistance: Handling payment concerns processing monetary refunds and clarifying platform regulations using an understandable empathetic approach.
• B2B Host Support: Partnering with property hosts to troubleshoot backend software issues adjust room rates and update live availability calendars.
• Interface Navigation: Assisting clients as they smoothly navigate digital dashboards website functionalities and mobile application features.
• Information Management: Accurately documenting and updating client interaction histories within our centralized CRM platform.

Minimum Criteria

• Language Skills: Native or bilingual fluency in written and spoken German paired with a solid command of English (minimum B2 level) to comfortably handle internal communications and corporate databases.
• Right to Work: A valid EU passport or an active unrestricted legal authorization to live and work in Greece.
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable multitasking across multiple browser tabs adapting quickly to new software systems and operating standard office applications.
• Interpersonal Strengths: A naturally helpful personality exceptional active listening skills and a collaborative spirit.
