As our Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) team continues to evolve in the digital era we are seeking to recruit a proactive and hands-on Librarian/Archivist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in library science who is passionate about information management research resources and the application of new technologies to enhance knowledge sharing and accessibility.
Job description
As main responsibility you will play a key role in preserving organizing and administering the firms knowledge assets. More specifically you will be responsible for managing and continuously developing the Organizations physical and digital library resources including books periodicals online databases and research tools. The role involves maintenance of archival databases and management of electronic files and virtual data rooms (VDRs).
You will also support the preservation and access of born-digital materials monitor developments in information and knowledge management and contribute to the secure management of information resources in line with the Organizations information security and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
