Where we need you:

The Marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable business growth and strengthening our market-leading brands in Greece. As Marketing Manager, you will shape the local marketing strategy and work closely with local, European and Group teams to accelerate business growth in one of Perfetti Van Melle's key markets in Europe.

This is a senior leadership role with significant business impact. You'll lead a talented team, champion innovation, influence key stakeholders, and deliver commercial success while building iconic brands that consumers love.

Your core responsibilities at a glance

• Develop and execute the local marketing strategy and annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns, consumer activations and innovation initiatives.
• Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches, portfolio optimisation and lifecycle management.
• Monitor business performance, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
• Deliver commercial objectives across sales, market share, profitability and brand equity.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with local, European and Group cross-functional teams to successfully execute business plans.
• Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and high performance.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, identifying efficiencies and supporting strategic regional and local initiatives.

The ideal recipe for our new Marketing Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive Brand Management experience within the FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in a Senior Brand Manager or Group Brand Manager role.
• Proven experience in brand portfolio management, integrated marketing campaigns, innovation and new product launches.
• Strong P&L expertise with a proven ability to drive profitable growth and optimise business performance.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen combined with excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Experience using Nielsen (or comparable FMCG market and consumer analytics tools) is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams and deliver results within a matrix organisation.
• Previous people management and team development experience.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
