O que vais fazer Prestar suporte de primeira linha a clientes B2B Atender chamadas e emails com questões técnicas Realizar troubleshooting inicial e encaminhar casos mais complexos Gerir pedidos de consumíveis Registar e acompanhar interações em ferramentas de CRM Garantir que cada cliente recebe uma resposta rápida, organizada e profissional
O que procuramos Português nativo ou C1 Inglês B2 para formação e acesso à base de conhecimento Excelente comunicação escrita Bons conhecimentos de informática Experiência em apoio ao cliente é valorizada, mas não obrigatória Capacidade de organização e atenção ao detalhe
O que oferecemos Possibilidade de trabalho part-time Modelo híbrido: trabalho remoto + presença ocasional no escritório Sessões presenciais para reuniões, formações e visitas a clientes Horário de segunda a sexta, entre as 09:00 e as 20:00 Ambiente profissional dinâmico e oportunidade de crescimento
