Czech + English Remote Support – Based in Greece
If you're a Czech speaker living in Greece and looking for a remote role with stability, flexibility and an international vibe, this opportunity fits perfectly.
We're building a multilingual support team that helps customers across Europe. You'll work fully remote from anywhere in Greece, supporting users in Czech and English, solving issues, guiding customers and keeping the experience smooth and friendly.
What you'll do Support customers in Czech and English Handle requests with clarity, empathy and ownership Work in rotating schedules between 08:00 and 00:00 Collaborate with an international, fast‑moving team Keep processes simple, efficient and customer‑focused
What we're looking for Fluent/native Czech Strong English Based anywhere in Greece Comfortable working remotely Ready to join a dynamic support environment
What's offered Remote work from anywhere in Greece Monthly gross salary: 1200€ Relocation support if you're moving from abroad 3 weeks of accommodation for newcomers Up to 300€ relocation reimbursement Legal and administrative support for hiring documents Training provided Growth opportunities in multilingual support
