Trabajarás de forma presencial en Atenas, apoyando usuarios de dispositivos modernos, ayudándoles con dudas, problemas técnicos, reclamaciones y seguimiento postventa.
Lo que harás Atender a los consumidores por teléfono, videollamada, chat, email y redes sociales Realizar llamadas salientes para activación, adopción, trade‑in, seguimiento y recogida de feedback Resolver consultas y problemas técnicos en el primer contacto siempre que sea posible Ayudar con temas de calentamiento, carga, compatibilidad y uso de dispositivos Gestionar garantías, reemplazos y devoluciones Manejar reclamaciones con empatía y escalar cuando sea necesario Explicar opciones de productos, accesorios y modelos Registrar todas las interacciones en el CRM y asegurar un seguimiento preciso Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa en todas las interacciones
Lo que buscamos Español nativo o C1/C2 Inglés B2 para formación y operación Experiencia previa en atención al consumidor es un plus, pero no obligatoria Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita Buena alfabetización digital y manejo de herramientas de CRM Familiaridad con redes sociales y plataformas de reseñas Capacidad para aprender rápidamente detalles técnicos Empatía, inteligencia emocional y enfoque en soluciones
Lo que ofrecemos Trabajo presencial en Atenas Horario de lunes a viernes, con algunos turnos ocasionales en fin de semana Turnos rotativos entre las 10:00 y las 22:00 Contrato de 8 meses Bono de productividad de hasta el 10% Bono de transporte de hasta 100 EUR al mes después de la formación Aumento salarial después de 3 años Periodo de nesting de 2 semanas Curva de aprendizaje de 2–3 meses para dominar todas las tareas
