Digital Account advisor – French Speaker

Kariera.group Recruitment Services, on behalf of our client, is seeking for French speaking Digital Account advisors to join their international contact centre in Athens🌍.

Location: Athens (On site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (8hrs/day)

Start Date: Training begins 12/01/2026

Key responsibilities – B2B Digital Account management in French

• Manage and support French speaking client accounts, delivering expert digital advertising solutions.
• Monitor and analyze online campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality client service.
• Guide clients on digital marketing strategy and digital channel best practices.
• Act as main point of contact for queries related to digital advertising platforms.

What you bring:

• Native-level or C2 fluency in French and strong communication skills in English.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar).
• Analytical, organized, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• EU citizens residing in Greece are encouraged to apply.
