About the role Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Guest Relations Agents across all of Greece. If you deliver welcomes , build trust with guests, and resolve issues before they escalate, wed like to meet you. What youll do Own the pre-arrival stay post-stay journey: welcome emails/calls, preferences, special occasions. Meet & greet in the lobby, escort and room orientation; explain facilities, activities, and dining options. Manage daily VIP/returner lists, arrange amenities, celebrations, upgrades (per policy) and surprises. Handle feedback/complaints with empathy; solve or escalate per SOP; log follow-ups and recoveries. Maintain accurate PMS/CRM notes (Opera/Guestware or similar) and handovers, prepare arrival reports. Encourage reviews/NPS where appropriate, support guest communications (phone/email/messaging apps). What you bring Guest Relations/Front Office/Concierge (luxury or high-volume resort a plus). Fluent English, Greek or another language (German/French/Italian/Russian) is a strong plus. Polished communication, empathy, and resolution skills; confident, warm lobby presence. PMS/CRM familiarity (Opera/Guestware or similar); strong organization and time management. Flexibility for rotating shifts including evenings/weekends . Eligibility to work in Greece.
