you will play a key role in enhancing coaching programs and improving overall employee performance. You will be responsible for monitoring procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development: Delivery of quality standards and processes across operations.
Advisor Feedback: Give clear and helpful feedback to advisors so everyone follows the process and delivers awesome service.
Follow-Up Chats: Join meetings to talk about what we’re seeing in quality checks and how we can level up.
Reports: Share insights and data for our monthly reports – spotting trends and areas to improve!
Calibration Sessions: Jump into monthly calibration sessions to keep things fair and consistent.

Fluent level of the Dutch language (C2)
