On behalf of our client ELVAL, a leading industrial manufacturing company with a strong international presence, we are seeking a highly motivated Product Sales Manager to join its commercial team.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.
Prepare sales plans, market analyses, and commercial forecasts.
Manage the sales cycle from customer engagement to order completion.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective customer support and project execution.
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities in Greece and abroad.
Requirements
Engineering degree (5-year diploma).
Master's degree required; MBA will be considered a strong asset.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or an industrial environment will be considered an asset.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international business environment.
Availability for frequent business travel in Greece and abroad.
