The role - Taking the wheel at Hertz
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - Build relationships with customers by creating a friendly, welcoming customer experience. Understand their needs and guide them to the perfect rental solution.
SALES ADVISORY - Showcase your sales skills to upsell additional services and maximizing revenue, ensuring customers have everything they need for a smooth journey.
PROBLEM SOLVING - Be the hero in resolving any issues or concerns that the customer might experience through their rental, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
TEAMWORK - Collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive and vibrant workplace. We're all in this together!
VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION - Deliver and collect vehicle in accordance to company’s procedures, to ensure rentable standard is met and any additional damage is documented upon return.
Essential Requirements
Your skills - What you’ll need for a great journey
Passion for customer service, with willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
Enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards selling
Proficient in English and Greek. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as a plus
Valid Driving license
Willing to work on a shift rotation basis.
