Italian-speaking Customer Expert – Work from Home(Greece)

If you speak Italian and want a role that mixes flexibility, modern tools and real customer interaction, this one's for you. You'll support a global brand from the comfort of your home in Greece, helping customers with product questions, troubleshooting, replacements and general guidance across multiple channels. What you'll do Handle customer interactions via email, live chat, social media and outbound calls Become a product specialist and help users with troubleshooting, replacements and usage questions Perform age verification when needed Make outbound calls to register product consumption and boost engagement Work with a full ecosystem of internal tools (BMS, Zimbra, Teams, Infinity, Zendesk and more) Support customers who purchased innovative products and need guidance or updates What we're looking for Italian C1 or native English B2 for training and internal communication Strong written communication — clear, concise, professional Ability to multitask across channels and tools Typing speed of 25 wpm or more Comfort working with products in the tobacco/smoking-related industry Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory What you get Work at Home (WaHa) model for the Italian market Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend shifts Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 2–3 day nesting period to get you comfortable A learning curve of 60–90 days to become fully confident KPIs that are clear and transparent: CSAT, AHT, SLA, AR, FCR, QA A role where you actually grow — mastering tools, channels and customer engagement If you're an Italian speaker living in Greece and want a flexible, modern role with real customer interaction, send your CV to: alessandra.nepomuceno@cbtalents.com
