Are you a driven sales professional who loves building lasting client relationships? 📈 We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of clients, drive retention and expansion, and hit revenue targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 🎯

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Achieve individual revenue targets — renewals, products, services & upsells
👉 Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
👉 Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
👉 Develop strong product & technical knowledge to assess customer needs
👉 Proactively promote products and services to drive retention & expansion
👉 Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term adoption
👉 Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
👉 Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction
👉 Handle objections effectively to retain customers and win new business
👉 Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily 📱
👉 Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or near-native Dutch, fluent English (B2 minimum)
🔹 Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
🔹 Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
🔹 Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology & data
🔹 Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
🔹 High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
🔹 Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers ☎️
