If you speak Norwegian and want a role that's calm, structured and genuinely helpful, this one's for you. You'll support customers of premium home appliances, guiding them through setup, troubleshooting and service requests — all from the comfort of your home in Greece. What you'll do Handle inbound calls and emails from customers Provide remote troubleshooting and technical guidance for appliances Assist with setup, programming and usage questions Arrange service appointments with technicians Help customers find and order spare parts Use video calls and remote diagnostic tools for advanced support Coordinate on-site technician visits when remote solutions aren't enough What we're looking for Native or C1 Norwegian English B2 for training Contact center experience is a plus (mandatory only for Remote Assistance roles) Strong PC skills Basic technical/mechanical understanding Calm communication and problem-solving skills What you get Fully remote work model Monday to Friday schedule, 09:00–17:00 Relocation support if you're moving to Greece 8‑month contract Productivity bonus up to 20% A role where you become cross‑skilled and handle diverse inquiries A friendly team and a city (Thessaloniki) with great lifestyle vibes If you speak Norwegian and want a remote role where you actually help people and grow your technical skills, send your CV to: alessandra.nepomuceno@cbtalents.com
