Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service pro with a passion for hospitality? 🍕 We're looking for a Customer Advisor to support restaurant partners on a leading hospitality platform, acting as a true brand ambassador while delivering exceptional service! ✨

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat & messaging platforms 💬
👉 Provide professional technical support to restaurant partners using the hospitality platform
👉 Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a brand ambassador
👉 Resolve customer issues efficiently, quickly identifying customer needs
👉 Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the right internal teams
👉 Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
👉 Ensure high-quality service while meeting productivity & performance targets 🎯
👉 Support restaurants with platform-related questions and operational requests

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with excellent written & spoken communication
🔹 English B2 minimum
🔹 Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations
🔹 Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
🔹 Excellent written communication for email support
🔹 Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
🔹 Good computer literacy
🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
🔹 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Understanding of handling sensitive customer data
🔹 High level of empathy, particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations ❤️
