Work location: Fully remote – must be based in Greece Sector: Sales / Business Development / Account Management Languages required: Czech (native or C2), English (B2) Start dates: Intakes in August and September About the role We are looking for a Czech-Speaking Account Executive to join our Sales team. This is a fully remote position — you can work from anywhere in Greece. You will manage and grow a portfolio of Czech-speaking clients, drive revenue, and build long-term business relationships. Candidates relocating to Greece are welcome: full relocation support is provided. Your main responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle with Czech-speaking clients: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing Grow and retain an existing portfolio of accounts while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls via phone and video Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers Accurately track pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs) Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and support teams to ensure an excellent client experience Your profile Fluent Czech: native or C2 level (mandatory) Professional English: B2 minimum (internal communication and training) Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles is a plus — motivated juniors are welcome Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Results-driven mindset and comfortable working with targets Confident with IT tools and CRM software Autonomous and self-organized — able to perform in a remote work environment EU citizenship or valid permit to work in Greece What we offer Competitive salary + uncapped performance-based bonuses Full relocation support: flight to Greece, initial accommodation assistance, and administrative support Fully remote work from anywhere in Greece Private health insurance Paid initial training and continuous coaching Career progression opportunities (Senior AE, Team Leader, Sales Manager) International and multicultural work environment Regular team activities and company events Why Greece?
