Key Responsibilities

• Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to support ongoing professional development within the customer support services division.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role — strong command of French is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A good working knowledge of English to facilitate internal communication and team collaboration within the multinational customer support services environment.
• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, helpdesk, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous.
