We are recruiting fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a global motorcycle and mobility brand at a modern international contact centre in Athens Greece. This is a great opportunity for Spanish speakers based in Athens or Greece who want to build a career in a multicultural multilingual environment. What youll do: - Handle customer enquiries by phone chat and/or email in Spanish with English as the working language - Provide first-contact resolution and an excellent customer experience - Accurately log interactions in the companys CRM system - Work rotating shifts covering the operations opening hours Monday to Sunday What were looking for: - Native or C1-level fluency in Spanish; good command of English - EU citizenship valid EU work permit or refugee protection certificate (eligibility depends on final client requirements) - Candidates based in Athens Greece preferred - Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude - No previous experience required full paid training provided Whats on offer: - Competitive monthly gross salary paid over 14 payments per year plus performance bonus - Ongoing training career development and internal growth opportunities - Vibrant international team environment in Athens Positions available: 1 Start date:
