Key Responsibilities: Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support via chat, email, and other online channels. Help customers book, modify, or cancel flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services. Offer accurate guidance on itineraries, travel policies, baggage regulations, refunds, and other travel-related inquiries. Assist with payment issues, account management, and loyalty program requests. Resolve travel disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and missed connections, while escalating complex cases when appropriate. Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions using internal systems. Collaborate with internal departments and external travel partners to deliver efficient and effective solutions. Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times. Stay informed about travel products, destination information, company policies, industry updates, and new digital tools through ongoing training.
