Description
Optimal acting on behalf of its client a leading hospitality group operating a distinctive portfolio of luxury eco-chic resorts in Greece is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to join its team.
This strategic role will be responsible for designing and leading the Groups talent acquisition and employer branding strategy ensuring the attraction selection and onboarding of top talent across all resort destinations and corporate functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in building scalable recruitment processes strengthening the employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
