• As a Customer Experience & Partner Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding support experience to both our customers and partners. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys communicating with a wide range of people, solving problems, and taking ownership.
• In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communication with customers of our platform as well as the professionals we collaborate with across multiple channels, including phone calls and emails. You will play a key role in ensuring fast, effective question and issue resolutions and be a driver of continuously improving the overall experience for our customers and partners in Greece, Cyprus and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and partners in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer and partner emails, ensuring a high standard of written communication.
• Manage customer questions and complaints from initial contact through to resolution, always maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Provide support to our partner network by resolving operational issues and answering day-to-day inquiries.
• Investigate complex cases, coordinate with internal teams when needed, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers and partners through excellent communication and ownership.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes that enhance team efficiency and the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to team KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, operations, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Experience handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience managing customer emails and written communication professionally.
• Experience handling customer complaints and difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and make sound decisions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ideally: experience using CRM systems or other customer support tools.
