About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join Digitech Marketing and take ownership of our online casino platform.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will work across the platform 360° in a highly hands-on role. You will take requirements from Casino Operations, CRM and business stakeholders and translate them into clear product specifications and solutions, while the day-to-day operation of the casino remains with the Casino Operations teams.

This is a fast-paced product environment where priorities evolve quickly, new challenges appear constantly, and you will have direct exposure to both the technology and commercial side of iGaming.

We are also building an AI-first product workflow, using tools such as Claude throughout research, requirements, prototyping, documentation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the iGaming platform 360° and define specifications across its core applications, including bonus engine, cashier and payments, reporting, gamification, integrations and more

• Gather requirements from Casino Operations, CRM teams and business stakeholders and translate them into scalable product solutions

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, writing PRDs, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria hands-on

• Manage product initiatives throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, release and optimisation

• Ensure products meet relevant regulatory, licensing and responsible gaming requirements

• Run Agile ceremonies together with the development team

• Create wireframes and prototypes and collaborate with the UX/UI Designer on application design and user flows

• Work closely with QA to ensure stable, high-quality and bug-free releases

• Use AI tools, especially Claude, throughout the product development workflow

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors and technology partners

• Monitor competitors and broader iGaming market developments to identify product opportunities

• Define KPIs for releases, monitor post-launch performance and use data to drive further improvements

• Contribute to budgeting, performance reporting and product planning

• Perform other product-related responsibilities as required by the Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management, including at least 3 years within iGaming

• Strong hands-on experience managing digital products throughout the full lifecycle, from strategy and requirements to launch and optimisation

• Practical experience with key casino platform components such as:

  • Cashier / PSPs

  • Bonus engines

  • Reporting

  • Gamification

  • Game aggregators

  • Back-office systems

• Strong understanding of casino economics and KPIs, including GGR, NGR, bonus cost, RTP and retention

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in everyday product work, ideally including Claude

• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using traditional or AI-assisted tools

• Good understanding of iGaming market trends, compliance and regulatory requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently access, interpret and work with product and business data

• Experience with budgeting, KPI management and performance reporting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
