As part of our growth and organizational development aroundmajor industrial building projectsas aGeneral Contractor, we are looking for a Site Assistantbased in Krioneri.
Working closely with the Project Director and the Site Managers, you will ensure the smooth operation of the site facilities (site offices and welfare areas) as well as the management of documents, equipment, and site access.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
· Ensure the smooth operation of site facilities (site offices and welfare areas);
· Manage site access and issue access badges for employees, visitors, and subcontractors;
· Coordinate and distribute site documentation including meeting minutes, schedules, and project records;
· Manage the administrative follow-up of subcontractors, including contracts, approvals, personnel documentation, and access requirements;
· Update and maintain safety records, personnel registers, and document control systems, while supporting HSE requirements;
· Organize and coordinate site meetings and administrative activities, including purchase orders, reporting, and liaison with company support functions.
You hold a qualification in secretarial work or managerial assistance and have at least 2 years of experience in office administration, ideally in the construction or engineering sectors.
You have advanced computer skills (Office Suite, Outlook, etc.).
Your interpersonal skills, organization, and adaptability will enable you to succeed in this position.
Speaking fluently Greek and English, a good level of French would be appreciated.
