Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Advisor

CloserHire is partnering with an international customer experience provider to recruit a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Advisor for a leading global technology project.In this role, you’ll work with established business clients, supporting them with renewals, upgrades, and tailored technology solutions while driving long-term customer value. Location: Athens, Greece Language: Dutch Start date: 31/8 or ASAP Your Role Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territory Achieve revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and email Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services Guide customers through onboarding and encourage optimal product adoption Identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities using data and CRM insights Handle objections professionally and navigate competitive scenarios Maintain accurate forecasts (weekly / monthly / quarterly) and pipeline updates Collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and distributors Keep CRM records up to date and ensure full visibility of client activity Your Profile Native or C2 level Dutch (spoken and written) English at C1 level At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally phone-based Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Confidence using CRM systems (experience with Dynamics or similar is a plus) Solid PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools What Is Offered Full-time role with fixed weekday working hours Hybrid work model after training and probation (up to 3 days per week from home, based on performance) Performance-based bonus paid quarterly Welcome bonus during the first year Private health and life insurance from day one (including dental and eyecare) Daily meal allowance via prepaid card Free access to corporate gym facilities Stable international project with clear career progression opportunities Relocation Relocation Cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month. 4 weeks paid temporary accommodation.
