CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a well-established telecommunications support project in Greece. This role is fully focused on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for end users. Location: Athens, Greece Language: German Start date: 22/7 or 5/10 Your Role Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat Handle inquiries related to services, billing, contracts, and general account support Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step toward resolution Clearly explain products, services, and procedures in a customer-friendly way Resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution Accurately document all interactions in internal systems Follow established processes, quality standards, and data protection guidelines Contribute to a positive customer experience through empathy, clarity, and professionalism Your Profile Native or C1 level German (spoken and written) English at B2 level for training and internal communication Previous experience in customer service or call center support is an advantage Strong communication and active listening skills Customer-oriented mindset with a calm and solution-focused approach Basic computer skills and confidence using digital tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured environment What Is Offered Full-time position with paid training and onboarding Stable working environment within an international team Competitive compensation package Health and wellbeing benefits Career development and internal growth opportunities Relocation support for candidates moving to Greece Modern office facilities and a supportive team culture Relocation 2 weeks hotel + flight paid + real estate agency support to find place to stay
