We are hiring Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our team on-site in Athens. You will be supporting customers of one of the worlds leading online travel platforms helping them with reservations travel modifications and inquiries.

• Fixed Start Date: September 25 (Includes fully paid training!)
• Language Requirements: Fluent Czech (C1/C2) Good English (B2)

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone email and chat regarding accommodation bookings modifications cancellations and travel inquiries.
• Provide an outstanding customer-first service experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.

Requirements

• FluentCzech (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• Strong communication active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and multi-tasking across tools.
• Ability to work on-site at our Athens hub.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not requiredfull training is provided!
