We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Assistant Accountant to join our Outsourcing Services team in Athens and help us deliver excellence for our clients.

About the role

As an Assistant Accountant, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality accounting and outsourcing services, working closely with clients and colleagues while gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping and management reporting processes.

Your role will include:

• Support the delivery of accounting and outsourcing services for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Collect, organize and process accounting and financial information
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Use accounting systems and digital tools to support financial processes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Stay up to date with accounting and financial reporting developments
• Participate in training and development activities to build technical and professional skills

What we are looking for

• BSc in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered a plus
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work
