We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service project for a leading global online travel and accommodation platform in Athens, Greece . This is an on-site customer support role where you will assist customers in Dutch and English and help them with booking-related questions, account inquiries, and service issues. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support in Dutch and English. Assist customers with booking-related questions, changes, and general inquiries. Handle customer requests professionally and provide clear and accurate solutions. Support customers through different communication channels. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Escalate more complex cases when necessary. Follow internal procedures and quality standards. Requirements Fluent Dutch language skills. Good level of English . Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused and comfortable assisting customers in an international environment. Previous Customer Service or Contact Centre experience is an advantage. Availability to work on-site in Athens, Greece . Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends. EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit is required. Working Schedule Monday to Sunday. Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 . Full-time position. Compensation & Benefits €1,500 gross monthly salary. Relocation support available for eligible candidates.
