Client Engagement Lead - Energy & Enterprise Sector

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Client Engagement Lead - Energy & Enterprise Sector toown the commercial relationship with clients in the Energy sector and other large Enterprises, acting as the link between the client and Quento's solution teams. This is a senior, quota-carrying role for someone with a broad understanding of enterprise technology — ERP, CRM, Business Process Automation Solutions, Data & AI, Cybersecurity and Digital & Integration Professional Services — who can operate credibly at both business and technical levels and knows how to turn client needs into won business.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Energy and Enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders on the client side;
• Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying an opportunity through to closing the deal and following up on successful project delivery;
• Act as a consultant to your clients: understand their business challenges, map them to Quento's capabilities, and propose solutions that genuinely address their needs;
• Build and maintain structured account plans, working closely with Quento's solution and practice teams to spot high-priority opportunities early and help them mature into real projects;
• Lead or contribute to RFP and RFI responses, including building the commercial proposal and pricing, and reviewing contracts to make sure risk to Quento is properly managed;
• Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and adjust your approach accordingly;
• Collaborate across Quento and the wider Qualco Group — including our SAP, ServiceNow, Data & AI, Payments and Cybersecurity practices — to bring the right expertise to each client;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;
• Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• A degree in a STEM field or Engineering from a recognized university; a postgraduate qualification is a plus;
• At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions and professional or consulting services;
• Good working knowledge of ERP, CRM, Data & AI, Cybersecurity and Digital & Integration professional services, and the challenges enterprise clients typically face;
• A track record of business needs analysis — you know how to sit with a client and work out what they actually need, not just what they're asking for;
• A demonstrable history of hitting sales targets and delivering on a sales plan;
• Strong communication skills, a naturally outgoing style, and the ability to build relationships quickly and credibly;
• Someone who thinks a little differently — able to spot an angle or an opportunity that isn't obvious, and to work closely with technical teams to shape it into a real proposal.
