AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:
Betreuung eines hohen Volumens an eingehenden und ausgehenden B2B-Vertriebsaktivitäten in allen Phasen des Vertriebstrichters
Tägliche Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Kunden per Videoanruf Telefon E-Mail und Social Media (Videokonferenzen sind die Hauptaufgabe)
Identifizierung und Ansprache alternativer Entscheidungsträger mithilfe verschiedener Tools und Methoden zur Leadgenerierung
Aufbau Pflege und Ausbau einer starken und gesunden Vertriebspipeline
Qualifizierung von Leads und Übergabe hochwertiger Verkaufschancen an das Onboarding-Team zur Weiterbearbeitung des Vertriebsprozesses
Erfassung und Reporting täglicher monatlicher und vierteljährlicher KPIs im Einklang mit den Vertriebszielen
Einhaltung der vereinbarten Reaktionszeiten (SLAs) und definierten Vertriebszyklen
Genaue Dokumentation aller Interaktionen und Aktivitäten im CRM-System
ANFORDERUNGEN:
Deutsch als Muttersprache/fließend fließend gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau)
12 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb in der Leadgenerierung oder im Business Development
Erfahrung im Technologie- oder Digitalmarketing-Umfeld ist von Vorteil
Fundiertes Verständnis von Sales Funnel Lead-Qualifizierung und Outreach-Strategien
Souveräner Umgang mit Kunden per Videoanruf
Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (Salesforce oder vergleichbar)
Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit selbstständig in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Freude an leistungsorientierter und zielorientierter Arbeit
Kenntnisse im Digitalmarketing sind wünschenswert.
