An established international employee benefits & rewards technology company is launching into the Greek market — and we're looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the expansion.

This is not an Account Management role. We're looking for a true B2B hunter who knows how to open doors, build pipeline and close deals.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the Greek market from day one, with the potential to grow into a Country Lead – Greece role as the business expands.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute the B2B sales strategy for Greece
• Identify and target mid-market and enterprise companies
• Generate new business through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and events
• Build relationships with HR Directors, Heads of People, Reward & Benefits leaders, Procurement, CEOs and CFOs
• Own the full sales cycle: Prospecting Discovery Presentation/Demo Proposal Negotiation Close
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
• Develop customer-specific commercial propositions
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities
• Represent the company at relevant HR, technology and business events
• Work closely with senior leadership, marketing and commercial teams to launch and grow the Greek market

Who We're Looking For

• Proven B2B Business Development / New Business Sales experience
• Strong hunter mentality and proven outbound sales experience
• Excellent understanding of the Greek corporate market
• Existing network of Greek business decision-makers is a strong advantage
• Native/fluent Greek + excellent English
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders, ideally within HR, People, Benefits, Procurement or C-level
• Proven full-cycle sales experience
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly self-motivated
• Comfortable building a market from the ground up
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
