Job Overview Are you fluent in Dutch and English, passionate about customer service, and ready to take your career to Athens? We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join TTEC Greece as part of their Customer Service Group (CSG). This on-site position offers the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic team environment in Athens, Greece . What We Offer On-site work in Athens, Greece. Competitive salary package. Monday-to-Sunday operation. Working hours between 08:00 and 00:00. Relocation support for candidates moving from abroad. Temporary hotel accommodation near the office for candidates relocating from abroad. Relocation and flight reimbursement support. Legal support with hiring documentation. Accommodation during training may be offered to Dutch candidates who are not currently residing in Athens. Please note that flight tickets, airport pick-up, and transportation from the airport to the hotel are not included in the relocation package. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support in Dutch and English. Support customers as part of the Customer Service Group (CSG). Handle customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance. Communicate clearly and professionally throughout customer interactions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism. Work effectively within an international and multicultural environment. Requirements Fluent or native-level Dutch proficiency . Fluent English proficiency . Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece , if currently living abroad. Ability to be in Athens 7 days before the starting date for hiring documentation when relocating from abroad. Commitment to work on-site for at least 3 months when relocating. Candidates who already have a house in Greece and a confirmed internet connection are exempt from the on-site commitment requirement. Working Conditions On-site position in Athens, Greece . Monday-to-Sunday operation. Working hours between 08:00 and 00:00 . Rotational working schedule. Relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad. Temporary accommodation available for eligible relocating candidates. Legal assistance available with hiring documentation.
