About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists for an international social media project in this role you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing content and supporting platform integrity across one of the worlds largest social media platforms. You will work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment where attention to detail critical thinking and responsible decision-making are essential.

What you will do

• Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
• Investigate user reports and identify policy violations when necessary
• Handle customer support interactions via chat email and outbound communication depending on the workflow
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while working with sensitive information
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams when required
• Contribute to improving the overall safety and integrity of the platform
• Adapt to different workflows and responsibilities based on business needs

What we are looking for

• Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level) Good English skills (B2-C1 depending on workflow)
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to make accurate decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content when required
• Experience in customer support content moderation or BPO environments is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability

Salary

1045.72 (gross) Up to 10% of gross salary Food allowance

Relocation support

2 weeks hotel flight paid real estate agency support to find place to stay Notes: Candidate needs a couple of documents most notably a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Salary Increase after the completion of 12 Months Salary Increase after the completion of 36 Months 150.00 in gross after 4 months of cooperation with tp greece starting from your hiring date (one time payment)
