As a Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll work remotely from Greece, gain international experience and develop valuable skills in technical support, automotive technology and customer experience.
And the best part? You don't need previous technical support experience. With full training provided, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the tech support world and build skills that can take your career further.
You'll support Italian-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers with questions about their vehicles, features and connected services.
You'll:
No technical background required — you'll be trained from the ground up.
Once you've relocated and completed your training, you can work 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki, where you'll receive support getting settled. Once you're established, you can choose where you'd like to live — from a lively city to a smaller town or somewhere closer to the coast.
And you'll receive all the equipment you need to work from home.

The starting salary is €1,045 per month, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the company as you gain experience.
