Day to day you will be closerHire is partnering with a major, european financial institution to recruit dedicated and service-oriented Customer, advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to support one of Germany’s leading banks by assisting private and business clients with their inquiries. If you are fluent in German and looking for a hybrid role in Athens, this position offers long-term development in a secure and reputable sector. As a Customer, advisor, you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with a range of banking-related inquiries. You will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Key, responsibilities : Manage incoming calls and provide clear, efficient support, identify and assess customer needs to deliver appropriate solutions, and build trusted relationships through effective communication.
You will also handle offer accurate and complete information using internal tools, meet individual and team performance goals, and maintain records of customer interactions and process documentation.
1300€ x 14
Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
The package covers hybrid work model: 30% of working time spent on-site in Athens (remote work not fully supported), full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (or part-time options available), private health & life insurance from day one (including dental and vision care), daily cash bonus for hybrid/office work: €3 net/day (first year), €6 net/day (after 12 months), welcome bonus: €100/month for the first 12 months, performance bonus: up to 10% based on KPIs, anniversary bonus: €500, and free access to company gym.
To help you make the move: relocation, cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa, card after the completion of 1 month. 4 weeks paid, and airbnb accommodation. Assistance with finding your permanent accommodation. Assistance social and tax registrations. Reimbursement up to 486€ for fees costs. Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300€) and transportation from airport (up to 50€). our client.
