About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Italian-speaking Sales Specialists for an exciting B2B digital advertising project based in Athens, Greece. If you’re passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping businesses grow, this is an excellent opportunity to join an international team supporting one of the world’s leading online advertising platforms. In this consultative sales role, you’ll work directly with business clients, helping them maximize the performance of their advertising campaigns while building long-term partnerships.

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and business advertisers across multiple communication channels
• Manage both inbound leads and outbound sales opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions
• Support clients in launching, managing, and optimizing their advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively provide recommendations to improve results
• Deliver consultative sales by understanding client objectives and business needs
• Collaborate with internal specialists to provide the best possible customer experience
• Manage your portfolio of business clients while consistently achieving sales targets
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and platform developments

What we are looking for

• Native-level fluency in Italian
• Very good command of English
• Previous experience in B2B sales or a target-driven sales environment
• Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio of business clients independently
• Results-driven mindset with confidence in achieving sales targets
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid full-time work authorization for Greece

Salary

Relocation support
