Join a leading American company known for its cloud storage, file synchronization, and collaboration solutions.
As a Japanese-speaking Customer Agent, you will provide frontline customer support through chat, calls, and email. You will assist customers with technical issues, account access, file restoration, payment and refund requests, and synchronization-related concerns.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving and working with international customers.
Provide customer support via chat, calls, and email.
Assist customers with file synchronization and cloud storage-related issues.
Process payment and refund requests and clearly communicate decisions to customers.
Guide customers through deleted file restoration.
Assist with account access, password changes, and account recovery.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
Native or C1 level proficiency in Japanese.
B2 level proficiency in English, required for training, internal tools, and knowledge base access.
Strong written communication skills.
Good PC and digital skills.
Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher.
Ability to multitask effectively.
100% remote work, subject to meeting the required equipment and home-office conditions.
Comprehensive 12-working-day nesting period to support a smooth transition into the role.
Performance measured through key indicators including CSAT, Answer Rate, and QA Score.
Approximately 45 days learning curve to become fully comfortable with the role.

Although the operational hub is located in Athens, Greece, this position offers 100% remote work, allowing you to work remotely while collaborating with a global team and supporting customers worldwide.
