As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers, helping them with vehicle-related questions and technical support across phone, email and chat.
Your daily work will include:
You'll receive fully paid training, so you'll gain the knowledge and confidence needed to support customers successfully.
Enjoy the flexibility of working 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Your relocation begins in Athens or Thessaloniki, where you'll receive support settling into the country before deciding where in Greece you'd like to make your home. Fancy an apartment by the sea, island life or staying in one of the vibrant cities? The choice is yours.
You'll also receive all equipment needed to create your remote home office.
