What you will do Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territory Achieve revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and email Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services Guide customers through onboarding and encourage optimal product adoption Identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities using data and CRM insights Handle objections professionally and navigate competitive scenarios Maintain accurate forecasts (weekly / monthly / quarterly) and pipeline updates Collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and distributors Keep CRM records up to date and ensure full visibility of client activity What we are looking for Native or C2 level German (spoken and written) English at C1 level At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally phone-based Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Confidence using CRM systems (experience with Dynamics or similar is a plus) Solid PC skills and proficiency with our client Office tools Salary 1350€ x 14 (gross) · "€250 performance-based bonus (at 100% achievement) monthly, paid quarterly + Welcome Bonus €100 for 12 months + Private Health Ensurance + Daily cash bonus at Mastercard " Benefits and what is on offer Full-time role with fixed weekday working hours Hybrid work model after training and probation (up to 3 days per week from home, based on performance) Performance-based bonus paid quarterly Welcome bonus during the first year Private health and life insurance from day one (including dental and eyecare) Daily meal allowance via prepaid card Free access to corporate gym facilities Stable international project with clear career progression opportunities Relocation support Relocation Cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month. 4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation.
