This is an exciting opportunity to support one of Germany’s leading banks by assisting private and business clients with their inquiries. As a Customer Advisor, you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with a range of banking-related inquiries. You will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and maintain professionalism in every interaction.
