Role Overview: As a Travel Customer Agent , you’ll support customers throughout their entire travel journey. You’ll handle bookings, answer travel-related questions, and resolve issues through chat, email, and other digital channels, making sure every customer receives efficient and reliable assistance. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional, and timely support through chat, email, and other digital channels. Assist customers with booking, changing, or cancelling flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services. Provide clear and accurate information about itineraries, travel policies, baggage, refunds, and other travel-related topics. Support customers with payment issues, account-related requests, and loyalty programs. Handle travel disruptions such as delays, cancellations, and missed connections, escalating complex cases when necessary. Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems. Work closely with internal teams and external travel partners to find effective solutions. Achieve targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times. Keep up to date with travel products, destinations, company policies, industry developments, and new digital tools through ongoing training.
