Quality Control Engineer

Job description

To meet our current corporate needs we would like to bring to our team a Quality Control Engineer

As our new Quality Control Engineer you will undertake tasks such as:

• You will develop test plans & test cases for the functional areas of our projects always in accordance with the respective Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)

• You will also run tests in various testing phases including preparation Integration FAT execution

• Always follow up on defects until their complete resolution

Job requirements

To be a successful candidate your professional profile should match the following criteria:

• You hold a University or College Degree in Computer Science Mathematics or Physics

• At least two (2) years of experience in a software testing

• Strong command of operating system usage such as Unix flavors Windows Servers

• Good understanding of network technologies and communications

• Familiarity in Database Usage and Concepts such as Oracle DB SQL Server

• A good knowledge of mobile phone technologies and usage including iOS Android

• Automation testing scripting languages will be considered a plus!

• You are also familiar with Jira/Zephyr or other Testing Suites

• Past experience in Video Lottery Terminals Testing will be considered an asset

• You have an excellent command of the Greek & English language both written and spoken

On a personal side:

• Is communication one of your strong points Indeed in this position you also need to work well with our team of developers and provide them with detailed and accurate defect reporting!

• A quick and continuous learner

• Above all it is very important to have a team player attitude as we work above everything else as a TEAM!

In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements the salary range indicated reflects the expected compensation band for the role. The final offer shall be determined following a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates experience qualifications skills and overall contribution to the role and may where appropriately justified be positioned outside the stated range in alignment with internal pay equity market conditions according to the Companys payroll procedures and applicable legal requirements.
