A fixed-term role supporting the People Operations department across the day-to-day administration, operational processes and systems that keep the people function running. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position - you'll own specific processes end-to-end, maintain the accuracy of HR data and systems, and help build the operational infrastructure of a growing group. It's a great opportunity to develop broad HR and operations experience across Genco Power group.

A relevant degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is valued; equivalent hands-on experience is equally considered.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an HR administration, people operations or office administration role Organised, detail-oriented and reliable - able to manage multiple tasks with consistent follow-through Comfortable working with HR systems or databases (any platform) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent Greek; good working English for documentation and correspondence Discretion in handling confidential employee information
