Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to support the smooth operation of the hotel units
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient logistics and adequate supply management
• Uphold the company's standards and policies in delivering exceptional service to guests
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing assistance to guests and team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
