We are seeking a Vehicle Sales Administration Specialist to join our Logistcs team in Athens, Greece.
What You'll Do:
Own and oversee the vehicle registration documentation process, ensuring efficient execution, compliance, and timely completion
Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality, process alignment, and effective cost control, including accurate ERP updates
Manage the issuance of equipment certificates for imported used vehicles, ensuring full adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks
Administer the end-to-end process for LCV tax-exempt sales, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements
Support broader sales administration activities, including invoicing, sales order processing, and reporting
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and standardization across workflows
About you
Proven experience in sales administration, operations, or similar roles, ideally within the automotive, logistics, or a related industry
Strong digital proficiency, with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite; experience with SAP ERP systems is considered a strong asset
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
