Reporting to the eKey Account Manager this role is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of the brands presence across online retail partners driving best-in-class digital merchandising product content excellence and performance.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects optimize online merchandising across platforms and use data-driven insights to enhance visibility user experience and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead online merchandising across retailer websites overseeing product launches category placement visual assets and onsite optimization to maximize visibility conversion and commercial performance.
• Manage eCommerce operations with online retail partners acting as the primary point of contact for digital execution including product setup content updates campaign implementation promotional activation and product availability.
• Monitor performance analyzing sales trends onsite visibility content effectiveness and key digital KPIs to identify growth opportunities and recommend optimization initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of retailer-specific eCommerce strategies including promotional calendars merchandising plans and online campaigns in close collaboration with Brand Sales Trade Marketing and Retail partners.
• Track retailer performance investment efficiency and market trends providing regular reporting and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of the online shopping experience by identifying opportunities for technical enhancements content optimization and improved customer journeys across retailer platforms.
• Ensure consistent premium brand representation across all retailer websites maintaining alignment with brand guidelines commercial priorities and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of launches promotions and retailer initiatives acting as the liaison between Brands Sales Supply Chain and eRetail partners.
• Own and manage all product content exchanges with online retail partners ensuring accuracy completeness and timely updates across assortments product information and digital assets.
• Prepare and develop tailored digital assets including graphics banners landing pages and other online creative materials to support retailer campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in E-commerce Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in eCommerce digital merchandising or online retail preferably within FMCG beauty or retail.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices digital merchandising optimization and online customer experience.
• Experience analyzing eCommerce performance website metrics sales data and reporting to identify opportunities and measure business impact.
• Familiarity with digital marketing SEO fundamentals and online campaign execution.
• Experience using asset management platforms and content editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop (or similar) to create and adapt digital assets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external retail partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry omnichannel retail and consumer trends is considered an advantage.
