Multilingual Customer Support Representative – Greece Dutch | French | German | Italian | Polish | Portuguese | Spanish Location: Greece / Athens Working model: Remote, hybrid or on-site depending on the project Employment: Full-time Are you fluent in one of our European market languages and interested in developing your career in an international customer support environment? We are currently recruiting Multilingual Customer Support Representatives for several international digital and technology projects based in Greece. We currently have opportunities for speakers of: Dutch French German Italian Polish Portuguese Spanish A good level of English is also required. Your Responsibilities Depending on the project, you may be responsible for: Supporting customers with product, service, account or platform-related questions Investigating customer issues and providing accurate solutions Assisting users with account access, platform functionality and general enquiries Explaining policies, processes and available features Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams Delivering a professional and customer-focused experience Meeting quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets What We're Looking For Fluency or native-level command of one of the required market languages Good command of English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset Confidence using digital platforms and online tools Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment Flexibility regarding working schedules where required Previous customer service experience is an advantage, although training is provided for selected projects . Working Hours Working hours depend on the project you are matched with. Current opportunities include both: Fixed daytime schedules such as 09:00–17:00 Rotating schedules within operating windows such as 06:00–22:00 Some projects operate Monday–Friday, while others may include weekend shifts. Your recruiter will discuss the exact schedule with you before submission to a specific project. Working Model Different working models are currently available depending on the project: Work From Home within Greece Athens-based remote opportunities On-site opportunities in Athens Remote eligibility and training arrangements vary between projects. Compensation & Benefits The exact package depends on the project and language. Current opportunities may offer: Approximately €1,045–€1,050 gross per month 14 salaries per year Performance/productivity bonus Additional project-specific allowances Food allowance on selected projects Salary progression on selected projects Relocation Support Relocation support is available for selected opportunities and may include: Flight support Temporary hotel accommodation Airport pickup Assistance with accommodation/real-estate agency costs Exact relocation conditions will be confirmed based on the position you are matched with.
